  • We are privileged to offer our pharmacy services to you. However, we recognized that you have a wide range of choices and have every right to choose a different pharmacy to fill your prescriptions. 
  • If you wish to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy, we promise to facilitate the transfer with no questions asked.
  • However, we strive to positively change your perception of traditional pharmacy practice and we are grateful for the opportunity to service your prescription needs.
  • We are an independent retail pharmacy that strives towards getting you the best prices, increased medication access, and exceptional customer service.
  • We utilize a pharmacy solution technology company called NimbleRx. NimbleRx is a HIPAA compliant patient app that makes it easy to get your prescriptions in your hands, on schedule. 
  • If you do not wish to use the NimbleRx app, simply call us and we will help you place your order. Our team will answer any additional questions then confirm your payment and delivery information to place your order through NimbleRx on your behalf to ensure your information is protected.
  • As soon as our team has ensured the best possible copay for your prescription, you will receive a text link from NimbleRx letting you know that your order is ready for checkout.
  • The next step is to utilize one of two ways to complete your checkout:
    1. Follow the steps included in the text link through the NimbleRx app
    2. Call us and we will be happy to help you complete your checkout process 
  • Our team is determined to find you the best possible copay for your prescription. We will compare your copay through insurance with our competitive cash pricing and apply any additional promotions available based on your eligibility before we notify you that your order is ready for checkout. 
  • If we cannot find your insurance through pharmacy software program we will send you a text link through NimbleRx to request your insurance information. If you do not wish to utilize the link through NimbleRx, simply call us and we will confirm your information over the phone.
  • You should receive delivery tracking information with every order. We are located in Centennial, CO and we quote an average estimated delivery of 1-3 business days depending on your location. However, due to limitations with our couriers, delivery times can exceed our quoted 1-3 business days for distant delivery locations. We advise you to follow the tracking information linked to your order and call us if you are experiencing a pattern of delays. We encourage your feedback on your delivery experience and will do the best we can to improve your experience.
  • We do not automatically send any prescription refills to you without your authorization and confirmation of payment and address.
  • There are 3 ways to submit a refill request:
    1. Complete the refill request submission form on our website
    2. Request a refill through the NimbleRx app
    3. Call the pharmacy to request a refill over the phone
  • Our team is happy to provide you with transparency regarding the billing process and cost breakdown of your prescription. If the medication is still not cost effective, we will work with your provider to look for appropriate coverage options and alternative medication therapies. 
  • Summit Pharmacy is not a compounding pharmacy. However, we utilize a compounding pharmacy that provides prescription compounding services and fulfillment. When your prescriber sends your compounded prescription to our pharmacy, our team will coordinate your prescription to the compounding fulfillment center and you will receive text instructions regarding how to place your order. 
  • To ensure compliance standards, you may receive a text message after your order has been placed to request your signature to acknowledge the details of your order. The timing of your signature does not affect the delivery of your order. 
  • A signature is not required upon delivery of your order. If you need to request a signature upon delivery, please call us before you place your order.
  • You are not required to refill your prescription. If you are not ready to refill your prescription, you can either ignore the text or select a future refill request date through the NimbleRx app.
  • If you are receiving excessive, unnecessary or unwanted notifications from NimbleRx, you can change your communication preferences through the NimbleRx app or by calling us and we can request the changes on your behalf.
  • We can only send prescriptions within Colorado by law, as it’s the only state we’re licensed in.
  • Summit Pharmacy has our own discounted cash prices that are better than online websites in most instances.
