Providers can send prescriptions via e-prescribe (EMR 0626039), Fax (720-370-1216), or by calling (720-370-1121) to speak with one of our pharmacists.

Processing & Verification ✅

Our expert pharmacists verify each prescription for accuracy, compliance, and patient suitability.
Step 3

Provider Communication 📞

Providers can expect seamless communication throughout the process, with notifications for time-sensitive events like prior authorization, alternative therapy suggestions, and necessary follow up.
Step 4

Patient Engagement 📲

Once our team ensures the best available copay based on patient eligibility, the patient will receive a text link to place their order. Our team will follow up with all patients who have not placed their order to address any questions.
Step 5

Complimentary Delivery 🚚

Summit Pharmacy ensures that medications are delivered promptly and free of charge through our preferred courier services, directly to the patient’s preferred location. (Express options available for additional charge).

How to Submit Compound Rx to Summit Pharmacy

List the desired compound’s (active ingredients, strengths, quantity) and send the Rx to Summit Pharmacy.

Compound Rx is coordinated to the fulfillment facility*, and patients are texted a secure checkout link.

Complimentary Delivery 🚚

The patient’s compounded Rx is shipped directly to them.
Don’t see a Compound your patient needs? Call the pharmacy at (720) - 370 - 1121.
*Prescriptions are compounded per patient specific orders. Formulas are examples of prescriptions sent by providers for those indications. No inference regarding indication is being made by the pharmacy. Compounds are fulfilled by the compounding pharmacy location.
